Virtual Run FAQs
What exactly is a Virtual Run?
A Virtual Run is a Run/Walk at your own location/time (on the roads, treadmill, trails, etc). Everything is up to you and you can choose your own time/course.
What distances are we offering?
Our virtual event is a 5K Run and Walk. Feel free to run the entire thing or you can even walk the distance! Everyone is welcome to participate!
What are the important dates to keep in mind?
You have between 11/01 and 11/30 to complete your Virtual 5K. We will be collecting all results within that same time frame.
The deadline to register is November 16th at Midnight (shirt deadline is November 9th at midnight).
How do I submit my result?
Please look for the "HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIRTUAL RESULTS" tab on the race page.
When will I receive my shirt/medal?
Everything will be shipped out at the conclusion of the event.
How will I get my shirt?
All shirts will be shipped directly to you. There will not be an option to pickup.
Can I make changes to my registration (for example - switching shirt sizes, joining a team)?
You will have the ability to make changes up until the deadline of November 16th at Midnight. Simply go to your RunSignUp Profile and hit on "Manage Registration" to make changes. Please note that there are NO Transfers or Refunds allowed for any reason. The shirt deadline is November 9th so you won't be able to edit your size/add a shirt after this date.
Can I participate if I live outside of the USA?
You can, but we ask that you please reach out to us first so we can calculate shipping for you. You will be required to pay the additional shipping costs.
